Welcome to Nun Kun Eco Adventure, a locally operated adventure and travel company based in Kargil, Ladakh, India. By booking a tour, participating in our activities, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
All bookings must be made through our official communication channels (website, email, or authorized representatives).
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment.
Once the booking is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation message or email with trip details.
Payments may be made through bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods.
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before the start of the tour or activity.
Prices are subject to change due to government regulations, fuel costs, or operational changes.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking:
30 days or more before the trip: Full refund minus processing fees.
15–29 days before the trip: 50% refund.
7–14 days before the trip: 25% refund.
Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
In case Nun Kun Eco Adventure cancels a trip due to safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, customers may receive:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule the activity.
Adventure activities such as trekking, rafting, cycling, and climbing require a reasonable level of physical fitness.
Participants must:
Inform us of any medical conditions before the trip
Follow safety instructions provided by guides
Ensure they are physically capable of participating in high-altitude activities in Ladakh
We reserve the right to refuse participation if a participant’s health condition poses a safety risk.
All travelers are strongly recommended to have valid travel insurance that covers:
Adventure activities
Medical emergencies
Trip cancellation
Evacuation in remote areas
Nun Kun Eco Adventure is not responsible for costs related to medical treatment, evacuation, or personal insurance claims.
Adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
High altitude conditions
Weather changes
Natural terrain hazards
By participating, travelers acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by our guides and instructors.
Certain areas in Ladakh may require special permits.
Participants must:
Provide valid identification or passport details when required
Follow local laws and regulations
Failure to provide correct documents may result in cancellation without refund.
As an eco-focused adventure company, Nun Kun Eco Adventure encourages responsible travel.
Participants must:
Respect local culture and traditions
Avoid littering or environmental damage
Follow Leave-No-Trace principles
Due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or government restrictions, itineraries may need to be adjusted.
In such cases, Nun Kun Eco Adventure will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
While we prioritize safety and professionalism, Nun Kun Eco Adventure is not liable for:
Personal injury or illness during activities
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or government actions
Participants take part in activities at their own risk.
Photos or videos taken during tours may be used by Nun Kun Eco Adventure for promotional purposes unless participants request otherwise.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Ladakh.
